I could not find any Mfg.Marks, Numbers or Logos.
I've done extensive Internet Research, and have come up with very little information.
I've not found anything similar to compare it to as of yet,

It's old and it has previously been proudly displayed. So it does come with expected dust/grime, chips/nicks, wear/tear here & there, but it's very light to moderate and could be touched up, cleaned and/or restored.

HI I live in Ct I have the exact one. I mean exact I purchased it 20-25 years ago from a antique shop several $$$$$. And he told me he got it from a old Harley salesmen and said that very few made because expensive back then .The owner said the older gentlemen said they used it as a salesmen sample or for a display in the motorcycle shop back then . They said cost was expensive to leave at shops so salesman would use as a sample to sell bikes.
