Here are photos of "The Maharani's Ride", the newest "Imaginary Motorcycle". I watched the PBS "Story of India" series last week, so of course I dreamed vividly of the magnificent Maharani Mumtaz in the moonlight, riding her marvellous mechanical Ganesha around the grounds and gardens of the palace, her scarves and veils blowing in the breeze....
Toal fiction, of course, but hey - that's what imagination is for...
